Our Mission
The North Oak Cliff Library Friends (NOCLF) support educational programming and community outreach offered by the North Oak Cliff library. The NOCLF provides financial assistance, encourages volunteer support and community engagement based on unique neighborhood needs. NOCLF encourages advocacy to support public sector library resources.
